Spray Painting

It has finally cooled off here and it's great to be able to go outside with the kids to enjoy some sunshine!

Today we spray painted.  We'll also be doing this activity on Saturday for Playgroup.

Two multipurpose spray bottles with paint.  We usesd water colour paints diluted in  water.  For playgroup we plan to use cloth dye.

"What colours have we got here? Who do we know who has a blue complexion?  Who is golden?"   I ask the children.

Cloth (Mr. R's old dhoti cut in half).

Ready, set, spray!

Experimenting with the nozzle.  It can be tightened or loosened to produce a spray or a squirt.

Then they ran around the garden spraying themselves and me.
